About The Position
We’re currently hiring in Kingwood, Humble, Friendswood, Pasadena, Deer Park, Clear Lake, and the Medical Center area. D.I.B. Automotive Group is hiring experienced Automotive Service Advisors at multiple Houston-area locations. This role offers a competitive salary range of $65,000–$130,000+ per year, with the potential for a sign-on bonus up to $10,000. Requirements
- 4+ years of automotive or Service Advisor experience
- Solid understanding of vehicle systems and repairs
- Strong communication skills with the ability to recommend and sell services
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume shop environment
- Organized, dependable, and focused on delivering excellent customer service
Responsibilities
- Guide customers through the service process from vehicle drop-off to pickup
- Complete vehicle walkarounds and identify recommended services
- Explain repairs, pricing, and timelines in a clear, professional manner
- Work closely with technicians to ensure accurate, efficient service
- Keep estimates, records, and customer updates organized and current
- Follow up with customers to build loyalty and encourage repeat business
