About The Position

Bellaire – Automotive Service Advisor / Service Writer – Houston, TX – $65,000–$130,000/Year + Up to $10,000 Sign-On Bonus. D.I.B. Automotive Group is hiring experienced Automotive Service Advisors at multiple Houston-area locations. We are currently hiring in Kingwood, Humble, Friendswood, Pasadena, Deer Park, Clear Lake, and the Medical Center area. Requirements

• 4+ years of automotive or Service Advisor experience
• Solid understanding of vehicle systems and repairs
• Strong communication skills with the ability to recommend and sell services
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume shop environment
• Organized, dependable, and focused on delivering excellent customer service

Responsibilities

• Guide customers through the service process from vehicle drop-off to pickup
• Complete vehicle walkarounds and identify recommended services
• Explain repairs, pricing, and timelines in a clear, professional manner
• Work closely with technicians to ensure accurate, efficient service
• Keep estimates, records, and customer updates organized and current
• Follow up with customers to build loyalty and encourage repeat business
