Requirements

  • 2+ years of high-volume automotive Service Advisor experience preferred
  • Proven history of delivering exceptional customer service while consistently meeting or exceeding sales and CSI goals
  • Strong communication, organizational, and time-management skills
  • Ability to prioritize multiple repair orders in a fast-paced environment
  • Process-driven with strong attention to detail
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently while contributing to a team environment
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
  • Ability to successfully complete a pre-employment background check and drug screening, in accordance with applicable laws
  • Professional references must be provided upon request

Nice To Haves

  • Nissan experience is a plus, but not required
  • Experience with Reynolds & Reynolds, Xtime, Nissan Service Comm, Multi-Point Inspection software, and Google Workspace or Microsoft Office (preferred, not required)

Responsibilities

  • Greet customers promptly and professionally while creating an exceptional service experience.
  • Write accurate repair orders and clearly document customer concerns.
  • Recommend maintenance and repair services based on manufacturer recommendations and vehicle needs.
  • Maintain proactive communication with customers regarding repair progress, timelines, and costs.
  • Coordinate workflow between technicians, the parts department, and management to maximize shop efficiency.
  • Answer customer questions regarding maintenance, repairs, warranties, recalls, and service recommendations.
  • Monitor repair progress to ensure timely completion and customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) scores that meet or exceed dealership expectations.
  • Build long-term customer relationships that encourage repeat business and service retention.
  • Follow all dealership policies, manufacturer standards, and applicable federal, state, and local regulations.
