Our service department is looking for an experienced Automotive Service Advisor to serve as the primary point of contact between our customers and service team. Requirements

  • Previous Automotive Service Advisor experience preferred
  • Dealership experience preferred
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Proven ability to build customer relationships
  • Strong organizational and computer skills
  • Valid driver's license required
  • Professional appearance and positive attitude

Responsibilities

  • Greet customers and provide exceptional customer service
  • Write repair orders accurately and efficiently
  • Recommend maintenance and repair services based on vehicle needs
  • Communicate repair recommendations and estimates to customers
  • Coordinate repairs with technicians and the parts department
  • Monitor vehicle status and provide customer updates
  • Review completed repairs and explain services performed
  • Build long-term customer relationships and retention
  • Maintain accurate documentation and service records
  • Assist in achieving department sales and customer satisfaction goals
