About The Position

Sterling McCall Toyota Fort Bend is part of the fast growing Group 1 Automotive, a leader in automotive retail sales and service. We are growing and looking for Quality Automotive Service Advisors to work with our Quality Dealership representing the Quality Toyota Product! Our Service Advisor should be passionate about customer service and enjoy interacting with people throughout the working day.

Requirements

• Previous customer-facing sales experience required (retail, outside sales, hospitality, etc.)
• Strong desire to provide an exceptional customer experience
• Ability to achieve targeted goals
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with demonstrated communication and interpersonal skills
• High School diploma or equivalent
• Valid in-state driver’s license and must maintain an acceptable, safe driving record

Nice To Haves

• Automotive Sales or Service Advisor experience is a plus (dealership preferred)
• Xtime & CDK experience is a plus

Responsibilities

• Schedule and confirm appointments to ensure smooth customer experience
• Create transparent repair orders with accurate cost and time estimates
• Communicate with technicians and parts team to guarantee timely service completion
• Provide regular updates to customers on the status of their vehicle
• Maintain strong product knowledge to assist with service needs and warranty information
