Requirements

  • Automotive service advising experience preferred
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced dealership environment
  • Positive attitude and team-first mentality
  • Basic computer and phone skills
  • Valid driver’s license with clean driving record

Responsibilities

  • Greet customers and provide an exceptional service experience
  • Write repair orders accurately and efficiently
  • Communicate repair recommendations and timelines clearly
  • Coordinate with technicians and parts department
  • Keep customers updated throughout the repair process
  • Review completed repairs and finalize paperwork/payment
  • Help maintain strong CSI and customer retention scores
