In this role, you will serve as the key liaison between customers and our service department to ensure a smooth, professional experience.

Requirements

  • Minimum two years of experience as a service advisor preferred.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Valid driver’s license with a good driving record in the state of employment.
  • Positive attitude with a high-energy personality.
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Professional appearance and strong work ethic.
  • Ability to work effectively in a process-driven environment.

Responsibilities

  • Greet service customers promptly and courteously.
  • Inspect vehicles and review service history to accurately determine service needs.
  • Recommend appropriate services, parts, and accessories based on thorough product knowledge.
  • Provide accurate cost and time estimates for services and obtain customer authorization.
  • Monitor service progress and communicate any changes in cost or delivery time to customers.
  • Manage warranty repairs in accordance with manufacturer guidelines.
  • Confirm service appointments by phone prior to customer arrival and conduct follow-up after repairs.
  • Inspect vehicles before delivery to ensure all services and repairs are completed correctly and communicate results to customers.
  • Comply with state and federal laws related to automobile repair and consumer protection.
  • Demonstrate company values in interactions with customers, coworkers, and vendors.
