In this role, you will serve as the key liaison between customers and our service department to ensure a smooth, professional experience.

Requirements

Minimum two years of experience as a service advisor preferred.
High school diploma or equivalent.
Valid driver’s license with a good driving record in the state of employment.
Positive attitude with a high-energy personality.
Excellent customer service and communication skills, both verbal and written.
Professional appearance and strong work ethic.
Ability to work effectively in a process-driven environment.

Responsibilities

Greet service customers promptly and courteously.
Inspect vehicles and review service history to accurately determine service needs.
Recommend appropriate services, parts, and accessories based on thorough product knowledge.
Provide accurate cost and time estimates for services and obtain customer authorization.
Monitor service progress and communicate any changes in cost or delivery time to customers.
Manage warranty repairs in accordance with manufacturer guidelines.
Confirm service appointments by phone prior to customer arrival and conduct follow-up after repairs.
Inspect vehicles before delivery to ensure all services and repairs are completed correctly and communicate results to customers.
Comply with state and federal laws related to automobile repair and consumer protection.
Demonstrate company values in interactions with customers, coworkers, and vendors.
