Responsibilities

Greet service customers promptly and professionally.
Inspect vehicles and review service history to determine customer needs.
Promote appropriate services, parts, and accessories by understanding product details.
Provide accurate estimates for costs and completion times, and obtain customer authorization.
Monitor service progress, communicate updates, and receive approvals for any changes.
Administer warranty repairs following manufacturer guidelines.
Confirm service appointments by phone prior to customer arrival and conduct post-repair follow-up.
Inspect vehicles before delivery to ensure repair quality and communicate results to customers.
Comply with state and federal automobile repair and consumer protection laws.
Maintain behaviors consistent with company values in interactions with customers, coworkers, and vendors.
