About The Position
Modern Nissan is looking for an experienced Service Advisor to join our busy, growing service department. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated automotive professional who enjoys working with customers, building relationships, and earning based on performance.
Requirements
- Previous automotive Service Advisor experience preferred
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
- Organized, dependable, and detail-oriented
- Comfortable discussing repairs, maintenance, and pricing with customers
- Strong work ethic and desire to earn
- Ability to work well with technicians, managers, and other dealership employees
Responsibilities
- Greet customers and provide a professional, welcoming experience
- Listen to customers and accurately document vehicle concerns
- Write detailed repair orders and recommend necessary maintenance and repairs
- Communicate repair recommendations, pricing, and timelines clearly
- Keep customers updated throughout the repair process
- Coordinate with technicians and the service department to ensure repairs are completed properly and efficiently
- Review completed repairs with customers and explain work performed
- Build long-term customer relationships and encourage repeat business
- Maintain strong customer satisfaction and CSI
- Identify additional maintenance and repair opportunities when appropriate
- Follow dealership and manufacturer processes and standards
- Handle customer questions and concerns professionally
