As a Service Advisor, you are the "face of the franchise." You aren't just selling repairs; you are building trust and managing the front-of-house experience. Your daily focus includes:
Own the Guest Experience: Lead the customer journey from the initial greeting to the final vehicle delivery with authority and professionalism.
Master the Write-Up: Accurately manage service orders with speed and precision to ensure no detail is missed.
Consultative Sales: Deliver clear, confident recommendations that help customers make informed decisions about their vehicle's health.
Technical Synergy: Partner closely with Technicians to keep shop workflow optimized and production moving.
Value-Based Upselling: Educate customers on preventative maintenance and maximize every repair order through expert communication.
Process Discipline: Execute our proven service process to ensure consistency, profitability, and five-star reviews.

Requirements

• Individuals with 3+ years of experience as an Automotive Service Advisor, Service Writer, or in Automotive Sales
• Have a valid driver's license
• Individuals who are comfortable working in a performance-based environment where a portion of their compensation is tied to sales targets and KPIs
• Individuals who have high energy and are consistently punctual in a fast-paced shop environment
• Individuals who demonstrate mental toughness and coachability
