Responsibilities

• Greet customers, listen to their concerns, and create detailed service orders.
• Review vehicle reports for necessary recall work and verify warranty applicability.
• Handle incoming calls, schedule appointments, and review upcoming service recommendations.
• Maintain communication with technicians regarding repair progress and keep customers informed.
• Provide cost estimates for mechanical and maintenance repairs.
• Ensure customer satisfaction scores meet or exceed dealership standards.
