About The Position
The Service Advisor role is highly customer-centric and is responsible for consulting customers on what is needed to repair and maintain their vehicles.
Requirements
- Willing to learn about automobiles and auto repair
- Ability to work independently and be self-motivated
- Take-charge customer focused attitude focused on outcomes and high satisfaction
- Strong organization skills, able to multitask, and can manage time to meet frequently changing deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Responsibilities
- Advises customers on necessary and recommended services.
- Offers additional services and repairs to customers.
- Creates a cost estimate to repair the vehicle to the condition specified by the customer.
- Thoroughly explains necessary work and estimated cost for that work.
- Meets and exceeds dealership's standards for customer satisfaction and shop hours produced.
