Be available for a retail schedule that regularly includes evenings and weekends.
Have a valid Driver's License with Clean Driving Record

Nice To Haves

Prior service advisor experience is a plus but not a requirement.

Responsibilities

Greet customers promptly and enthusiastically.
Ensure world class experience for all customers.
Obtain customer and vehicle information and perform walkarounds.
Clearly report all vehicle conditions and concerns as described by the customer.
Monitor the progress of each vehicle throughout the day and update your customer on its progress.
Explain all work completed and the charges to the customer and review any upcoming service recommendations.
