About The Position
Keeler Toyota of Westport is seeking an experienced and customer-focused Service Advisor to join our high-performing service team. This is an exciting opportunity to work with one of the most trusted brands in the automotive industry, supporting a skilled team of technicians while delivering an exceptional customer experience.
Requirements
- Previous Service Advisor experience (Toyota or import experience preferred)
- Strong customer service, communication, and sales skills
- Solid automotive knowledge with the ability to explain technical information clearly
- CDK experience is a plus
- Highly organized with the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
- Self-motivated with a team-oriented mindset
- Valid drivers license with a clean driving record
Nice To Haves
- Toyota or import experience preferred
- CDK experience is a plus
Responsibilities
- Greet customers and provide a professional, consultative service experience
- Accurately write repair orders and communicate service recommendations
- Coordinate with technicians to ensure timely and efficient repairs
- Clearly explain services, timelines, and costs to customers
- Upsell maintenance and repair services based on vehicle needs
- Maintain strong follow-up and customer satisfaction standards
