About The Position

Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram Fiat of Winter Haven, part of the Mahalak Auto Group, is looking for a high-energy, customer-focused Automotive Service Advisor to join their team. This role involves greeting customers, assessing vehicle needs, explaining maintenance and repairs, preparing estimates, coordinating with technicians, and ensuring a five-star customer experience. The position is full-time and located in Winter Haven, FL.

Requirements

• Prior experience as an Automotive Service Advisor preferred.
• Reynolds & Reynolds experience is a plus (not required—we’ll train the right person!).
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• A positive, team-oriented attitude with a commitment to customer satisfaction.
• Ability to work full-time, including some weekends and holidays.
• Must be able to pass a background check and drug screen.
• Valid drivers license
• Clean background
