Requirements
- Automotive knowledge and/or service advisor experience preferred
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Customer-focused attitude
- Ability to thrive in a in a fast-paced environment
Nice To Haves
- Familiarity with service software (Dealer Track and My Karma) a plus
Responsibilities
- Greet customers and assess their vehicle service needs
- Provide accurate estimates and timelines
- Communicate clearly with technicians and customers
- Manage repair orders and follow-ups
- Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction
