About The Position

Paramus Chevrolet, part of the award-winning VIP Automotive Group, is actively hiring a top-performing Automotive Service Advisor / Service Consultant to join their high-volume, high-earning service department. This is a rare opportunity for individuals with dealership experience, strong CSI scores, and a proven ability to upsell maintenance and repair services to maximize earnings and grow within a leading dealer group.

Requirements

• 2+ years Automotive Service Advisor experience (REQUIRED)
• Dealership experience preferred (Chevy / GM a plus)
• Proven track record of high CSI and sales performance
• Strong communication & closing skills
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Team player with a results-driven mindset

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer experience (CSI-focused service)
• Greet customers and write repair orders accurately
• Diagnose customer concerns and recommend services
• Upsell maintenance, repairs, and additional services
• Provide estimates for parts, labor, and timelines
• Communicate effectively with customers and technicians
• Manage workflow and coordinate with shop dispatch
• Ensure repair orders are properly documented and closed
• Maintain consistent follow-up to increase retention
• Build long-term customer relationships and loyalty
