About The Position

Huntington Jeep Chrysler Dodge Ram, Huntington Hyundai, and Genesis of Huntington are looking for motivated, customer-focused Automotive Service Advisors to join our growing service team. As a Service Advisor, you will be the primary point of contact between our customers and service department. The ideal candidate is energetic, professional, organized, and passionate about delivering an exceptional customer experience while helping maintain efficient shop operations. Requirements

• Previous automotive service advisor experience preferred
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Experience with Dealertrack DMS is a plus
• Professional appearance and positive attitude
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
• Valid driver’s license required
• Team-oriented mindset with a strong work ethic

Responsibilities

• Greet customers promptly and professionally
• Listen to customer concerns and accurately document repair requests
• Recommend maintenance and repair services based on vehicle needs
• Communicate repair updates and timelines clearly with customers
• Coordinate with technicians and service management to ensure efficient workflow
• Prepare repair orders and estimates accurately
• Follow up with customers regarding vehicle status and completed repairs
• Deliver outstanding customer service throughout the repair process
• Help maintain high CSI and customer satisfaction scores
