Hoselton Chevrolet is looking for a Service Advisor with an outgoing personality to join our service team! As a Service Advisor you will be the interface between the customer and technician. You will estimate the cost and time needed to do repairs, check on work/update customers throughout the day, obtain customer approval to do additional work than originally requested up arrival, and explain the work performed. The Service Advisor is responsible for scheduling service work and selling additional service to customers at dealership gross profit, dollars/RO and customer satisfaction standards. The Service Advisor is accountable for performing the duties and responsibilities described below.
