Requirements

2+ years of experience in an automotive service environment
ASE certification in Service Consulting (C1) or equivalent
Knowledge of automotive systems and repair procedures
You will be able to operate a computer and use software programs
Familiarity with dealership management systems (DMS) and other industry-specific software
Acceptable driving record and a valid driver's license in your state of residence.
High School graduate or equivalent, 18 years or older required.

Responsibilities

Inspect vehicles to identify necessary repairs and maintenance
Communicate with customers to understand their concerns and provide recommendations
Estimate costs and time required for repairs and maintenance
Coordinate with technicians to prioritize and schedule work
Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction with services performed
