Requirements

Previous experience as an Automotive Service Advisor preferred.
Automotive dealership experience is a plus.
Excellent customer service and communication skills.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Positive attitude and professional appearance.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Basic computer skills and experience with dealership software is preferred.
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.

Responsibilities

Greet customers and provide an outstanding service experience from start to finish.
Listen to customer concerns and accurately identify vehicle service needs.
Recommend maintenance and repair services based on manufacturer guidelines and vehicle inspections.
Prepare estimates and clearly explain repairs, costs, and timelines.
Schedule appointments and efficiently manage repair orders.
Communicate with technicians throughout the repair process.
Keep customers updated on vehicle status and ensure complete satisfaction.
Build long-term customer relationships that lead to repeat business.
