Requirements

Valid driver’s license
Strong knowledge of vehicles, including common issues and repair procedures
Excellent communication, customer service, and interpersonal skills
Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Accurate documentation and organizational skills

Previous experience as an automotive service advisor a plus

Responsibilities

Greet customers promptly and professionally, creating a positive service experience
Listen to customer concerns and accurately document vehicle symptoms and service needs
Provide clear explanations and recommendations for necessary repairs and routine maintenance
Prepare and communicate repair estimates, including cost and expected completion time
Coordinate closely with technicians to ensure timely and accurate service delivery
Maintain ongoing communication with customers regarding vehicle status and service updates
Address and resolve customer concerns or complaints to ensure satisfaction and retention
