About The Position
We are a top nationally ranked dealer alternative automotive repair company with 10 locations serving DFW. We are seeking a friendly Service Advisor with good communication skills and the ability to increase shop productivity and sales. This is a full-time career position that encompasses writing, advising, selling service, and assisting in dispatching and tracking technicians. Your customer service skills and automotive knowledge will make you a success. Fifth Gear is dedicated to becoming the "ultimate destination of customers and team members".
Requirements
- Good communication skills
- Ability to increase shop productivity and sales

- 5 years of experience in an independent auto repair shop (Preferred)
