About The Position

Honda of Middleburg Heights is hiring experienced Automotive Service Advisors / Service Writers. We offer industry-leading pay, award-winning shops, state-of-the-art facilities, and bonuses/incentives. This role involves greeting and communicating with customers about repairs, creating work orders, arranging bookings, communicating with technicians, providing estimates, and finalizing invoices. Other store duties may also be assigned. The ideal candidate is reliable, motivated, driven to deliver quality workmanship and superior customer experience, eager to learn, values teamwork, is flexible, patient, calm in a fast-paced environment, and focused on meeting goals.

Requirements

Minimum 2 Year of Automotive Service Advisor Experience
Excellent customer service and time management skills
Ability to work Saturday’s when required
Valid Driver's License and Clean Driving Record
Reliable, motivated and driven to deliver quality workmanship and a superior customer experience.
Continuously looking to learn and use new skills.

Nice To Haves

Previous experience in the automotive trade or a passion for Parts and Mechanical knowledge would be an asset.

Responsibilities

Greeting and communicating with customers on all aspects of repair, such as creating work orders, arranging bookings, and communicating them to the technicians, and providing estimates to the consumer and finalizing invoices.
Performing other store duties and functions as directed by management.
