Requirements

• For experienced candidates: Prior experience as a Service Advisor or Service Writer (auto dealership or repair shop)
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple customers at once
• Basic mechanical understanding is helpful
• For entry-level candidates (no experience required): Strong people skills and a positive attitude
• Willingness to learn and take feedback
• Good organization and attention to detail
• Customer service, retail, hospitality, or call center experience is a plus
• Valid driver’s license
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Dependable and professional approach
• Comfort using computers and phone systems

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and listen to their vehicle concerns
• Write clear and accurate service recommendations
• Communicate between customers and technicians
• Explain repairs and maintenance in plain language
• Provide updates on vehicle status and timelines
• Keep service records organized and accurate
