About The Position

Adams Automotive and Now Auto Care are hiring experienced Automotive Service Advisors / Writers for multiple high-volume locations across the Houston area. Our shops are built for serious advisors who want strong car count, strong technician support, proven processes, and real earning potential. This is not a slow counter job. Our platform has grown rapidly across the Houston market, and our shops operate with the systems, leadership, and infrastructure needed to help strong advisors succeed. Requirements

• Previous automotive service advisor or service writer experience strongly preferred
• Ability to write estimates and explain repairs clearly
• Mechanical knowledge or strong familiarity with repair and maintenance services
• Strong closing, follow-up, and customer communication skills
• Organized, fast-moving, and comfortable managing multiple repair orders
• Positive attitude and commitment to team performance

Responsibilities

• Write and manage repair orders from intake through delivery
• Build accurate estimates and communicate recommendations clearly
• Sell needed maintenance and repair work with professionalism
• Keep customers updated throughout the repair process
• Coordinate with technicians, parts, and shop leadership
• Maintain strong CSI and customer retention
• Help drive sales, gross profit, workflow, and customer satisfaction
