Brigham-Gill Village CDJR is looking for an experienced Automotive Service Advisor / Writer to join their busy store. Requirements

3+ years of automotive service advisor experience required
21+ years old
Valid driver’s license with good driving record
Proficient in using computer systems and software applications
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Strong organizational and time management skills
Attention to detail
Team oriented
Ability to bend, move, lift and physically perform duties in the scope of this position

Responsibilities

Greet every customer that enters our facility with hospitality and respect
Obtain the customers’ and their vehicle’s information
Determine and recommend needed maintenance, repairs and services based on the vehicle information and history
Answer technical questions about vehicle problems, warranties, services, and repairs
Oversee service orders & related documentation
Set service appointments and assign tasks to service department employees
Manage the store’s workflow and delegations to the service technician team
Communicate and update customers on the progress of their vehicle
Build long-term relationships between the store, yourself and the customer
