About The Position

As an Automotive Service Advisor/Writer with Christian Brothers Automotive, you are a trusted professional who assists guests with their vehicles and serves as the face of the business. You guide guests through the repair process, keep them informed about vehicle status, and help ensure their satisfaction before they leave. This position is at 101 Jet Way, Clarksville, TN 37043, and is scheduled Monday through Friday, 7 a.m. to 6 p.m. The location is independently owned and operated by a local licensed franchisee, which is the employer and makes all employment decisions.

Requirements

• Current driver’s license.
• Driving record acceptable to the company’s current insurance carrier.
• Proficiency in Windows-based computer software and automotive store applications.
• Experience in an automotive customer service, service writing/advising, or sales role.
• Dependability and reliability for a Monday–Friday, 7 a.m.–6 p.m. schedule.
• Ability to be on your feet for most of the workday, including standing, walking, and coordinating parts.
• Ability to occasionally lift and carry objects over 50 pounds.
• Ability to maintain a brisk work pace in a high-volume environment.

• Sell services consistently and effectively while maintaining honesty and integrity.
• Maintain a positive attitude and team atmosphere.
• Communicate clearly and professionally by phone.
• Build long-term relationships among the store, yourself, and customers.
• Direct, coordinate, and participate in customer service activities.
• Shuttle guests as needed in a CBA-branded vehicle.
• Ensure repairs are performed to proper specifications.
• Work as a team and assist other employees as needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
