Requirements

Minimum 2 years of customer service experience (dealership experience preferred).
Strong knowledge of automotive services and repair processes.
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
The ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Experience handling multi-line phone systems.
Exceptional organizational and time-management skills.
A calm, customer-first approach—even under pressure.
Ability to use multiple computer programs efficiently and simultaneously.
High school diploma or equivalent.
A valid Minnesota driver’s license meeting insurability standards.

Responsibilities

Warmly greeting customers and helping them feel welcome and supported.
Listening carefully to customer concerns and offering knowledgeable recommendations.
Scheduling service appointments and keeping customers informed throughout the repair process.
Preparing accurate, transparent service and repair estimates.
Ensuring every service is completed to the highest standard and to the customer’s satisfaction.
Maintaining an organized, professional workspace.
Staying current on automotive technologies and industry trends.
Providing outstanding support to the reconditioning department, service director, and service/parts teams.
Communicating clearly and effectively across departments.
