About The Position

Hertrich Kia of Easton is hiring an experienced Automotive Service Advisor / Assistant Service Manager to join their growing team at a brand-new, state-of-the-art 14,000 sq. ft. facility with a 10-bay service shop. This high-volume dealership offers more customers and service work, leading to increased earning potential for motivated individuals. The role requires a customer-focused, organized, and driven individual to thrive in a busy, modern service department.

Requirements

• 2-3+ years Service Advisor / Writer experience (or 1+ year Assistant Service Manager experience)
• Strong customer service and sales skills
• Experience with upselling services is a plus
• Organized and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Computer proficiency with service systems
• Valid Driver's License with clean driving record
• Flexible schedule (including Saturdays)
• High School Diploma or GED required

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and provide a top-tier service experience
• Schedule service appointments and manage incoming calls
• Advise customers on repair needs, costs, and timelines
• Coordinate with technicians and monitor repair progress
• Upsell recommended services to maximize customer value
• Ensure accurate repair orders and documentation
• Support daily service operations and assist management as needed
• Maintain strong customer relationships and follow-up
