About The Position

The Hertrich Family of Dealerships is seeking an experienced Auto Parts Advisor / Parts Counter Person to join our growing team at the exciting new Hertrich Kia of Easton location. This position is salary plus commission based on qualifications. The new showroom, expanded inventory, fully stocked parts department, and 10-bay service shop create more customers, more service work, and more opportunity. Requirements

• 1-2 years automotive dealership parts experience preferred
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Team-oriented with a positive attitude
• Comfortable using computers and dealership systems
• Organized and detail-oriented
• Valid Driver's License with clean driving record
• High School Diploma or GED required

Responsibilities

• Order, receive, stock, and bill automotive parts
• Assist retail customers and service technicians with parts needs
• Maintain organized inventory and parts storage areas
• Complete inventory counts and record keeping
• Handle parts pickups and deliveries as needed
• Provide exceptional customer service and support
• Keep the parts department clean and organized
