About The Position

The Hertrich Family of Dealerships is hiring an experienced Automotive Service Advisor / Assistant Service Manager to join our growing team at Hertrich Kia of Easton. This is an opportunity to grow with a busy, modern service department in a brand-new 14,000 sq. ft. facility with a 10-bay service shop. The role offers high earning potential due to a high-volume shop and more customers, leading to more service work. We are looking for a customer-focused, organized, and driven individual to take their service career to the next level.

Requirements

• 2-3+ years Service Advisor / Writer experience (or 1+ year Assistant Service Manager experience)
• Strong customer service and sales skills
• Organized and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Computer proficiency with service systems
• Valid Driver's License with clean driving record
• Flexible schedule (including Saturdays)
• High School Diploma or GED required

Nice To Haves

• Experience with upselling services is a plus

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and provide a top-tier service experience
• Schedule service appointments and manage incoming calls
• Advise customers on repair needs, costs, and timelines
• Coordinate with technicians and monitor repair progress
• Upsell recommended services to maximize customer value
• Ensure accurate repair orders and documentation
• Support daily service operations and assist management as needed
• Maintain strong customer relationships and follow-up
