The Hertrich Family of Automobile Dealerships is looking for an experienced, customer-driven Automotive Service Advisor / Assistant Service Manager ready to take the next step in their automotive service career. Requirements

2-3 years' experience as an Automotive Service Advisor / Service Writer OR 1+ year as an Assistant Service Manager
Proven customer service and sales/up-selling skills
Strong communication, organization, and follow-through
Comfortable with computers and dealership service systems
High School Diploma or GED required
Valid driver's license with a clean or near-clean driving record
Flexible availability, including evenings and Saturdays

Responsibilities

Deliver a professional, high-quality service experience from check-in to completion
Greet service customers and manage inbound service calls
Schedule appointments and communicate service timelines
Present repair and maintenance estimates clearly and confidently
Coordinate repair orders with Technicians and monitor workflow
Recommend additional services when appropriate
Support daily service operations and administrative processes (training provided to prepare you for Service Management)
Help maintain parts inventory and enforce service policies
Perform additional responsibilities as needed
