Automotive Service Advisor / ASM
About The Position
Hall Automotive is continuing to grow its presence in Elizabeth City, and our fixed operations team now has an opening for an Experienced Service Advisor / ASM. This position has a base salary between $26,000 - $30,000 annually, plus includes a commission/bonus component based on performance. Anticipated total compensation is $46,000 -- $86,000 annually. MileOne Autogroup represents 67 franchises with 25 automotive brands and operates 54 service centers in Delaware, Maryland, Missouri, Pennsylvania, North Carolina and Virginia. Its portfolio includes the Hall, Heritage, Herb Gordon, Annapolis, MotorWorld and Plaza Motors divisions. Requirements
- Working knowledge of basic car functions, characteristics, and operations
- Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedural manuals
- Basic MS Office knowledge; computer software, internet proficiency, and general mathematic skills

- Prior experience in automotive service writing
Responsibilities
- Provide customer service to include vehicle service care and manufacturer’s warranty specifications
- Schedule and manage service appointments and service estimates
- Address and resolve customer complaints
