Automotive Service Advisor Apprentice

Crown City TirePasadena, CA

About The Position

Crown City Tire Auto Care is looking for a full-time Automotive Service Advisor Apprentice to join our Pasadena team. This is a customer-facing training position designed for someone who is already great with people and wants to build a career as an Automotive Service Advisor. You do not need automotive experience. We can teach you the automotive side. What we are looking for is someone who communicates well, enjoys helping customers, is organized, coachable, comfortable in a fast-paced environment, and wants an opportunity to grow professionally. If you already have automotive knowledge, even better. This is not simply a receptionist or front-counter position. Our Service Advisor Apprentice works directly alongside our Service Advisors while learning the entire customer experience — from the first phone call and vehicle check-in through inspections, estimates, customer communication, and final vehicle delivery. You'll begin with customer service and support responsibilities while gradually taking on more of the Service Advisor role as your skills develop. Our goal is to prepare you to become a full-fledged Service Advisor. Most apprentices are ready to transition into a Service Advisor position in approximately 9 months, although some progress faster and others may take longer. You'll receive training, coaching, clear expectations, and regular feedback throughout the process.
