About The Position

Healey Brothers Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram in Beacon, NY is looking for a talented salesperson to join our team! Healey Brothers Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram is looking for an energetic and motivated candidate who will join our sales team. This employee's key role will consist of automotive sales by building relationships with our customers. The ideal candidate will have at least 1-year prior sales or automotive sales experience. Experience in the automotive industry is a plus. This position is a Full Time and Salary, non-exempt, commission-based position. The schedule for this position is a daytime 8-hour shift. Compensation will reflect the ideal candidate's experience.

Requirements

  • At least 1 years of sales or automotive sales experience preferred
  • Prior experience working with customers and providing an exceptional experience
  • Steady work history and the commitment to starting a new career
  • Outgoing personality with expertise at developing relationships (i.e., a “people person")
  • Basic computer, email and internet proficiency
  • Excellent appearance, verbal/written communication, strong negotiation and presentation skills
  • Must possess the ability to ask for the sale and follow through
  • Weekend availability is needed as well as some evening hours
  • Valid U.S. Driver's license

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in the automotive industry is a plus
  • Bi-Lingual a plus

Responsibilities

  • Spend time with customers to determine their needs and discuss vehicle options
  • Be/or commit to becoming an auto sales expert and gain in-depth knowledge of vehicles and technology
  • Test drive vehicles to demonstrate industry leading features
  • Complete quotes and explain financing/leasing options for New and Used vehicles
  • Follow up with prospective customers and return email / voicemail
  • Support on-line customers by setting appointments
  • Follow up with existing customers to confirm their satisfaction and generate leads
