Future Hyundai of Concord is seeking passionate and committed individuals with a great work ethic to join our team. Our Bay Area Dealerships are a joint venture bringing two great family-owned dealer groups together, the Future Automotive Group and the Hansel Automotive Group. Our sales department is growing, and we have an immediate need for a few assertive and motivated individuals. Prior sales experience is a plus but will consider the right candidate. We are looking for people that want to win at life! Are you ready for a change? Our salespeople may earn anywhere from $30,000-120,000/year!

Requirements

• Must have customer service experience
• Valid driver's license
• Valid sales license
• Positive attitude and demeanor
• Strong listening and verbal communication skills
• Strong focus and desire to achieve sales goals
• All applicants must pass pre-employment testing to include background checks, insurability, and drug testing in order to qualify for employment

Nice To Haves

• Prior sales experience is a plus
• Car sales experience is helpful but NOT REQUIRED

Responsibilities

• Approach, greet, and offer assistance or direction to any customer who enters the dealership showroom or sales lot.
• Assist customers in selecting a vehicle by asking questions and listening carefully to their responses.
• Explain product performance, application, and benefits to prospects.
• Describe all optional equipment available for customer purchase.
• Build strong rapport with customers.
• Perform high-quality, professional, and knowledgeable presentation and demonstration of new/used vehicles.
• Learn to overcome objections, close sales, and perform all other steps of the sales process in accordance with company standards.
• Report to the Sales Manager regarding objectives, planned activities, reviews, and analyses.
