Requirements

  • You’re outgoing, persuasive, and genuinely enjoy talking to people.
  • You know that "no" is just a step toward a "yes."
  • You’re comfortable using CRM software and digital tools to manage your day.
  • You believe in doing business the right way—honestly and transparently.
  • A valid driver’s license and a clean driving record are must-haves.

Responsibilities

  • Guide customers through the entire car-buying process, from the first "just looking" to the final handshake.
  • Stay up-to-date on Ford’s latest tech, towing capabilities, fuel economy, trim levels, performance specs, safety, etc.
  • Use social media, phone, and email to maintain a robust pipeline and follow up with your "sold" customers (your future referrals!).
  • Ensure every customer leaves Sunset Ford feeling like they just received a premium experience.
