About The Position

Kendall Subaru of Eugene is seeking self-motivated, outgoing, charismatic, and determined candidates to join their Sales Department as an Automotive Salesperson. This role involves developing relationships, providing exceptional guest experiences, and innovating within the automotive industry. The Sales Department operates in a fast-paced environment, serving clients throughout the community. Kendall Auto Group is a large, family-owned and operated dealership group in the Pacific Northwest, known as a premier employer in Eugene.

Requirements

Willingness to work weekend and evening shifts
Capacity to operate a wide variety of vehicles including cars, trucks, and vans, including hybrid models
Good driving record
Valid driver license

Responsibilities

Working with clients and other sales staff to sell vehicles
Greeting clients and providing product information
Demonstrating products and features to clients
Working with management staff to negotiate vehicle prices
Using computers, phones, and social networking sites to follow up with active prospects to build rapport, referrals, and future sales
Attending sales meetings and trainings
Assisting with showroom and vehicle lot displays
