About The Position
Ciocca Volkswagen Allentown is hiring Client Advisors to help customers through the vehicle purchase process. The role is open to entry-level candidates and experienced sales professionals from any industry; paid training is provided. Team members work in a supportive, high-energy environment with management support, opportunities for career growth, and performance-based compensation. The position offers a choice between a base salary plus performance bonuses or an 18%–20% commission on front, back, and holdback. The company describes earning potential of $100,000 or more.
Requirements
