About The Position
Little Joe’s Mitsubishi is seeking a Car Buying Coach / Automotive Salesperson. This role involves interacting with customers, following up professionally, and assisting them in finding the right vehicle. While experienced automotive salespeople are welcome, the company is also willing to train individuals with a background in sales, restaurants, retail, phones, customer service, furniture, real estate, or insurance, provided they have experience dealing with people. The position offers a structured pay plan with a monthly base salary and volume bonuses based on vehicle sales, along with potential F&I bonuses.
Requirements

Responsibilities
- Helping customers find the right vehicle
- Working showroom, internet, phone, and text leads
- Following up with customers consistently
- Setting appointments
- Taking customers on test drives
- Learning inventory, financing basics, and the sales process
- Sending videos, texts, calls, and emails to stay in front of buyers
- Closing deals and getting paid
