About The Position

We are looking for one dynamic Sales Representative with a minimum of 2 years of successful experience. Our Automotive Salesperson position requires you have solid follow up skills, can promote yourself on-line, and that you present our cars in a fun, detailed, and honest way that helps customers learn about our products. You must be a competent computer user and digital communicator. We are looking for the type of person who has a documented history of using Technology for Follow Up, has great Texting & Phone Skills, and who customers love to work with in person. In our dealerships our employees have fun, work hard, make good money, and work as a team. Our organization is positive and honest. We care about, and take care of our people. We do not have the high turnover that infects the rest of the car business. If you are not honest, do not like to smile, and you do not like being part of a family or team - skip this ad – we are not a good fit for you.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 2 years of successful experience.
  • Solid follow up skills.
  • Competent computer user.
  • Digital communicator.
  • Documented history of using Technology for Follow Up.
  • Great Texting & Phone Skills.
  • Honesty is important.
  • Positive go-getter that makes things happen.
  • Master of product knowledge.
  • Special way with people that makes them smile.
  • Powerful closer who is great at persuasion.
  • Ability to make customers come in and buy when talking on the phone.
  • Ability to write a “call to action” text that makes your customer call you back.
  • Ability to make a personal video message for customers that is fun and effective.
  • Master at long term Follow Up.
  • Ability to document what you do in a CRM.
  • Must be able to successfully pass a drug screen and criminal background check.

Responsibilities

  • Present our cars in a fun, detailed, and honest way that helps customers learn about our products.
  • Promote yourself on-line.
  • Use Technology for Follow Up.
  • Utilize great Texting & Phone Skills.
  • Work with customers in person.
  • Document what you do in a CRM.
  • Call a minimum of 40 customers a day.
  • Get customers in because of your skills, warmth, and ability.
