Requirements
- Experience in automotive sales or a fast-paced, customer-facing role.
- The ability to command a room, read a situation, and build instant trust and rapport.
- A self-motivated, results-driven attitude that thrives under pressure.
- A valid driver’s license, a clean driving record, and the flexibility to work prime sales hours (including weekends).
Responsibilities
- Welcome customers and guide them through an exciting, seamless vehicle-buying journey.
- Master our extensive inventory, vehicle features, and financing options to provide crystal-clear, expert advice.
- Cultivate and maintain lasting client relationships that turn first-time buyers into lifelong advocates and referrals.
- Negotiate terms and close deals effectively to smash your personal and team sales targets.
- Partner with our finance and service teams to ensure every single customer drives off completely satisfied.
