About The Position

Lamb's's Tire & Automotive is seeking a passionate and customer-service-oriented individual to join their team as a Sales and Service Advisor. This role is ideal for those interested in the automotive industry who enjoy customer interaction, sales, and problem-solving. The company operates multiple locations in Central Texas and is part of Sun Auto Tire & Service, a national leader in automotive services. As a Sales & Service Advisor, you will be the main point of contact for customers, guiding them through their vehicle's needs, recommending solutions, and ensuring a positive service experience.

Requirements

High School Diploma or equivalent
Must be at least 18 years of age
Professional appearance
Proven ability to work in a process-driven environment
Possess a valid driver's license
Ability to work a minimum of five days, including Saturday

Nice To Haves

Prior experience as a Service Advisor is highly preferred

Responsibilities

Greet customers professionally and courteously in person and over the phone.
Document customer concerns and inspect vehicles to identify service needs.
Recommend services and clearly communicate technician recommendations to customers.
Promote the sale of services, parts, and accessories.
Provide accurate quotes for services and completion times.
Update customers on the status of their services.
Process customer payments and explain warranties.
Conduct follow-up calls for repairs and declined services.
Track new returns, core returns, and warranty parts.
Perform other duties as assigned.
