About The Position
Mid-Hudson Subaru, part of the VIP Automotive Group, is actively hiring Automotive Sales Representatives / Car Sales Consultants to join our high-performing team. Requirements
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Motivated, competitive, and goal-oriented mindset
- Ability to succeed in a fast-paced, commission-based sales environment
- Valid driver’s license with clean record
- No experience required – we provide training
Nice To Haves
- Sales, retail, or customer service experience is a plus
Responsibilities
- Guide customers through the complete vehicle sales process from greeting to delivery
- Recommend vehicles based on needs, lifestyle, and budget
- Conduct test drives and product demonstrations
- Build relationships to generate repeat business and referrals
- Follow up on leads using CRM, phone, and email
- Meet or exceed monthly sales and performance goals
- Deliver an exceptional customer experience (CSI-focused)
Benefits
- $80,000 – $120,000+ annual earning potential (uncapped commission)
