About The Position

Kunes Auto Group, one of the largest Midwest dealerships, is seeking a Full-Time Sales Consultant. You'll play a crucial role in matching customers with their perfect ride while contributing to our dealership's success. This is an excellent career for anyone in Car Sales, Hospitality, Restaurant, Bartender, Customer Service or Commissioned Sales.

Requirements

• A magnetic personality that draws customers in
• Like to communicate, negotiate and close deals
• Enthusiasm for automotive industry and willingness to learn
• Valid driver's license & high school diploma

Responsibilities

• Engage with customers to understand their needs and guide them through the vehicle selection process
• Conduct test drives and showcase vehicle features
• Negotiate deals and close sales to meet your monthly targets
• Maintain detailed customer records and follow up to ensure satisfaction
• Stay current on product knowledge and industry trends
