Requirements
- Self-motivated with a strong work ethic
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Ability to pass background checks and a drug screening
Nice To Haves
- Previous sales or automotive experience is a plus, but not required
Responsibilities
- Assist customers with finding the right new or pre-owned vehicle that fits their needs and budget
- Provide an exceptional, no-pressure car buying experience
- Follow up with leads, referrals, and walk-in traffic using our CRM tools
- Stay current on vehicle features, pricing, and incentives
- Meet or exceed monthly sales goals and performance benchmarks
