About The Position

We’re looking for someone who can work leads, build value, and close deals consistently. This is a high-accountability environment where effort and results matter. You will handle the full sales process—from greeting and qualifying customers to closing deals and delivering vehicles.

Requirements

• Prior sales experience required (automotive preferred)
• Bilingual (English/Spanish)
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
• Must have or be able to obtain a Nevada Salesperson License (DMV)
• Strong communication, objection-handling, and closing skills
• Competitive, self-motivated individuals
• People who follow up relentlessly
• People who don’t make excuses when deals fall apart
• People who want to earn based on performance, not just show up

Responsibilities

• Greet and engage walk-in customers confidently
• Build rapport quickly and identify buying intent
• Present inventory and create urgency
• Conduct test drives and demonstrate value
• Follow up on leads daily (calls, texts, CRM)
• Structure and close deals while maintaining gross
• Work with a wide range of credit profiles
• Deliver vehicles and ensure a strong customer experience
