About The Position

Crown Volvo Cars in St. Petersburg is currently hiring Experienced Sales Consultants to be an essential part of our company’s growth! This position offers a base pay plus commission and the income opportunity is up to you! Experience in an automotive dealership sales environment is ESSENTIAL to your success here. That is why we require at least one year of automotive sales experience for this available position. As an Experienced Automotive Sales Consultant Team member, you are Customer Focused, Team-Oriented, Continually Learning and Improving, and Honest, Reliable and Responsible. As an Exceptional Sales Consultant, you put in the effort to be a top performer, know your customer and continually grow your client base, meet and exceed expectations/goals at the company and customer level, bring years of sales experience and consulting to the role, and have achieved awards, honors and/or promotions recognizing your sales success. You also have excellent communication and interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport and develop trust with customers of all income levels.

Requirements

  • Minimum of ONE YEAR of Automotive dealership sales experience
  • Basic computer proficiency
  • Minimum of one year of dealership automotive sales experience
  • Must have a clean, valid driver's license for a minimum of three years
