Responsibilities

Assist customers in finding the right new or pre-owned vehicle for their needs and budget
Build relationships with customers through phone, text, email, and in-person communication
Conduct vehicle walkarounds and test drives
Follow up with internet leads, showroom traffic, and previous customers
Learn and stay up to date on current vehicle features, technology, incentives, and financing options
Maintain accurate customer records in the dealership CRM
Work closely with management and finance teams to ensure a smooth buying experience
Deliver exceptional customer service before, during, and after the sale
Help generate positive customer reviews and repeat business
